PIERRE THOBIE PHOTOGRAPHE is available for new projects

Pierre THOBIE is a Breton photographer living in Nantes, passionate about nature and art, from the world of audiovisual through live performance for more than 10 years, he then focused on photography.
A way to build a bridge between life and light work.
He has always focused on subjects that fascinate him, nature, the ocean, surfing and sport , forests and wildlife . It is through encounters that he decides to train professionally in wedding photography in 2022.
 

Trained by Sebastien Roignant, he has more than twenty weddings to his credit. He only works with people who have the feeling. Beyond the technical image, it is the state in which we are that makes the photo.

Adding several strings to his bow, he is versatile and attentive.
 

He has acquired a great deal of experience in theaters, festivals and events , in Bordeaux as in Nantes, (Opéra Graslin, Theatre le Pin Galant, La Fleuriaye, Hellfest festival, Garorock, Jazz and Wine and so many others ...) Dance companies such as Balais Jazz Montréal, a multitude of concerts , making him able to operate in the action of the moment, the live allowing him to place himself at the right time and in the right place. Photography is a story of time, it takes time to build solid foundations. Passionate about water sports, everything related to surfing, wind, kitesurfing, wingfoil, sailing, he specialized in aquatic photography , with professional equipment (photo box) allowing him to take rare and immersive images, both in the water and underwater.

Trained in aerial photography, he has the skills to take images by drone. He has experience as an author by having produced exhibitions and always follows his inspiration to express different subjects that carry him. Working with individuals as well as companies or communities ( Tourist Office, Department, associations) . 

His work as an author has led him to offer prints to embellish interiors.
