An engineer by training, Hervé Le Dû has ​​been a full-time photographer since 2010 in the south of France, in Carqueiranne, near Toulon. Trained in 2009 in wedding photography, he quickly turned to architecture and real estate, which today constitute the majority of his activity.

Areas of expertise:

- Site monitoring: Between 2011 and 2013, first major contract for the company CARI Méd (FAYAT group) with weekly shooting over 21 months for the construction site of an engineering school in Toulon. It was very satisfying to follow the evolution of a building, from the basement to the roof through the 8 floors. Knowing what to photograph requires getting involved, discussing with the workers to learn and define priorities, what will remain from these long months of work.

- Seasonal rental real estate: Hervé started in this field between 2012 and 2015 working for Airbnb. More than 200 announcements have been made in the Var. It immediately required a lot of rigor to understand all of the photographic codes requested by the company: wide angle, brightness, colors... Everything was very well regulated by the American giant in order to standardize all of their shoots around the world to give, 10 years later, the beautiful website that everyone knows.

- Real estate for sale: Hervé started with a first agency in 2017 by carrying out the photo-shoots for all mandates. Unlike an American company, the customer was, for once, right next door. It's a new way of working because, in addition to the guideline to maintain for the agency's image, it allows us to develop a long-term relationship of trust, which is fundamental. Beyond having beautiful professional photos, the photographer becomes almost a full member of the team, acting as a link between the agency and the sellers in the field.
