Emmanuelle Descraques was born in Vincennes in 1990. She has always been passionate about images and fashion since her adolescence and knew from high school that she would learn photography after her literary baccalaureate with a visual arts option.

After graduating in 2012 from the prestigious Les Gobelins school in photography, she devoted herself to her personal writing and found a particular attraction for facial expressions and humor. Emmanuelle Descraques retouches her own images with great care. At the same time, she also likes to do acting books to diversify and supplement her income.

Exploring a cinematic style, aesthetic but always a little offbeat, she works for various magazines such as Citizen K, Marie-Claire, L'Officiel, and for clothing brands of young designers. Emmanuelle Descraques is especially comfortable in the studio but also loves outdoor photography. For several years, she has devoted herself more particularly to beauty photography (makeup, hairstyle, jewelry, etc.) because it perfectly combines fashion and her love for faces and strong expressions.

During these ten years of practice, she also produced e-commerce photographs for various platforms, and also did post-production for other photographers in fashion and beauty. She has already traveled to produce advertisements and lookbooks, notably in Norway and loved this experience.
